Civil Apartment offers discount

The Civil Group, one of the leading real estate companies in Nepal, has completed construction of the 13-storied Civil Apartment (Block B) and has started bookings and sales of apartments in the building.

The project falls under Civil Apartment Phase 4 and is situated at Dhapakhel, Lalitpur. The company said in a statement that the first 20 customers within June 19 would get a flat discount of 10 percent. Likewise, buyers making full payment will get a flat discount of 15 percent.
