Civil Trade Centre, an exclusive retail business complex, located in Sundhara, Kathmandu, has announced a promotional scheme ‘Sun Ma Sugandha Super Bumper Offer’.
Under the scheme, one among 151 individuals/businesses booking retail spaces in the building will win a brand new Land Rover car as super bumper prize. Also, other 101 purchasers will get a gold coin each. In a press statement, the Civil Trade Centre said registration certificates of the retail spaces will be provided nine months after the bookings.
According to the company, the business complex will feature shops from ground floor to fifth floor. Rest of the floors will have offices, game parlors, restaurants and a multiplex. The 12-storey building features world class infrastructures and facilities along with a helipad.
The business complex being constructed in six ropanis of land intends to sell 169 shops. Prices of the shops range from Rs 14,000 to Rs 15,000 per sq ft.
