Civil Homes, since launching the scheme ‘Civil Sun Ma Sugandha Super Bumper Offer’ on Sunday, has sold 39 units of its property including bungalow and apartments at Zone I and II projects of Phase IV at Dhapakhel, Lalitpur.
The company will provide an outlet at Civil Trade Centre worth Rs 10.5 million as bumper prize for those who buy bungalow at Zone I of the Phase IV project. Zone I has 34 bungalow to choose from, it said. Similarly, it will also give another outlet at Civil Trade Centre worth Rs 5 million for people who buy bungalow at Zone II that has 24 units in offer.
The company will also give away a house worth Rs 7 million at Colony I at its site in Sunakothi, Lalitpur to one of the buyers of its 88 units of apartment. The company will give 107 gram gold coins to the first 20 buyers of Zone I bungalow and 77 gram gold coins to first 10 buyers at Zone II.
