Civil Trade Tower has so far received bookings for 80 retail spaces. The exclusive retail business complex located in Sundhara, Kathmandu, is promoting the building under a scheme titled as ‘Civil Sunma Sughanda Super Bumper Offer’.

According to a statement, the company will provide rental to the buyers for the first five years. The company has claimed that the appreciation value of the stores will scale up to 202 percent within next five years. “This fact has helped us build up confidence among buyers,” read the company’s statement.

The scheme will offer a brand new Land Rover car to one among 151 buyers of the retail spaces in the building. Other 101 customers will get a gold coin each.

The under-construction complex features shops from ground to fifth floor. Other floors will have offices, game parlors, restaurants and a multiplex. According to the company, the retail spaces in the 12-storey building, which will feature world class infrastructure along with a helipad, will be handed to buyers nine months after the bookings.

Being constructed on six ropanies of land, the complex will feature 169 shops. Their prices range from Rs 14,000 to Rs 15,000 sq ft.
