The site for this project is located at Dandapauwa VDC, Ramkot, Sitapaila, in close proximity with newly developed residential neighbourhood, next to the Ring Road from Bafal, and hence it’s a very good residential neighborhood. Also the Druk Amitabha Gumba overlooks this 45 ropanis of land on a samll hill.

The access road to the site leads from the army barrack, outside the Bafal area at the Ring Road and is just 1.2 kilometers from the Ring Road. Since the housing company sites across a hilltop, it is surrounded by abundance of greenery and trees all around giving the residence complex a feel of a resort and a retreat home.

The site also enjoys a panoramic view of the Kathmandu valley to the east.
