Greenhill City is the new venture in the housing industry. It is the one of the biggest housing project in the group housing in Nepal .It will be developing more than 800 units at the 312 Ropanies at mulpani, next to Jorpati Border.

> As well as individuals plots is also provided for the sale  for the construction of the individual homes by client itself  or by the company as per the requirement of the client but the elevation should be according to the housing architectural design & building should be not more than Two & Half Stored.

As a whole project, there will be more than 800 units with an Sq.ft of 1495 to 2400.As well as the individuals plots will be also for sale and the Sq.ft of house can be vary according to the requirement of the client.

# Rs 2, 00,000/- membership will be charge to every individual's homes residence in the housing and will be deposit on Greenhill Saving and Credit Co-operative managed by the members and the interest income will be utilized for the development expenses of the housing.The deposit will be return back in case the members sold their house to other individual.

Length of Project
The Project had already started the land development and the mock had also been started.The project is accepted to complete within 5 yrs and 12 months including grace period.The project will be devloped in 5 phase.It is assumed to be one of the biggest project in the valley regarding the real estate business.
