Greenhill City is the new venture in the housing industry. It is the one of the biggest housing project in the group housing in Nepal .It will be developing more than 800 units at the 312 Ropanies at mulpani, next to Jorpati Border.

> Company and its sister concern companies had already bought 312 Ropanies of Land.
> 11m, 8m, 6m & 4m internal road is connected inside the project area.

The Project had already started the land development and the mock had also been started.The project is accepted to complete within 5 yrs and 12 months including grace period.The project will be devloped in 5 phase.It is assumed to be one of the biggest project in the valley regarding the real estate business.
