Government Malpot Rate of Land in Nepal 2080-2081 (2023-2024)
The Land Revenue Office shall be responsible for the registration of land within the district and shall have the power to recover land revenue.
Land Revenue Offices (Malpot Karyalaya), Department of Land Reform and Management (DOLRM), Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Government of Nepal across the country have published the new valuation of land for the fiscal year 2080/ 2081.
The Land Revenue Office shall be responsible for the registration of land within the district and shall have the power to recover land revenue. There are 9 Land Revenue Offices in three districts of the valley. Out of 9, there are only 6 land revenue offices in Kathmandu, 2 in Lalitpur, and one in Bhaktapur.
