Under this offer, buyers can purchase apartment for Rs. 17 Lakhs subject to following conditions:
1. Booking amount of Rs. 24 Lakhs to be paid at the time of booking.
2. After three years, Rs. 7 lakhs will be refunded to buyers from initial booking amount of Rs. 24 lakhs which makes the cost of apartment Rs. 17 lakhs only.
