Downtown Housing Company Pvt Ltd, the project owner and marketer of Downtown Apartments, Khumaltar, Dhapakhel, formally launched its sample apartments at the Downtown Apartment construction site on September 9.

The project involves two towers of 14 stories each and has a total of 207 apartments, out of which 160 have already been sold. It is situated only 700 metres from the Satdobato ring road area in a serene environment.

Becoming positive about the number of interested visitors and reviews that the company got from its participation at the recently held Real Estate Expo, developers expressed excitement and enthusiasm about the marketing of the their sample apartments.Through them, customers will be able to experience the kind of living they get at Downtown Apartments. The company has prepared samples of threebedroom and two-bedroom apartments.Five stories of the two towers are also completed and construction is on at full swing.
