First Kathmandu holds Nepal Property Expo 2010 in New York,USA

First Kathmandu Pvt. Ltd. organized the second episode of Nepal property Expo, New York 2010 at the Sagarmatha Hall, Woodslide on 15 August 2010.The expo concluded in New York on a grandly successful note.

Housing companies like Guna Colony, Stupa Housing, Kohinoor Housing, Classic Developers and Queen Diamond displayed their houses and apartments in the fair.

During the program, Gyan Chandra Aryal, Nepal’s permanent representative to United Nations (UN) said these kinds of expo, with the depiction of evolving modern living in Nepal, has been encouraging those Nepali people residing in the USA to own property in their own country.

Rajendra Shakya, president of Guna Colony as well as KIST bank, stated that the main theme of the property expo is to facilitate the Nepali people living in foreign countries to own convenient living in their own country. 

Speaking at the same occasion, other speakers appealed the Nepali community in the USA to invest their money in the property developed in Nepal as it will go a long way in the overall development of the country. 

The event was inauagurated by Mr. Gyan Chandra Acharya,ambassador/permanent reprsentative for United Nation, New York.The event was organized in association with Guna Colony, Oriental Group and Newa Enterprises.The online partner was Housingnepal.com.

First Kathmandu, which has successfully held property expos in Nepal, USA and Australia, is planning to come up with such fairs in Japan, Korea and the UK.
