Latest Price of the construction materials i.e. iron, cement, sand and pebbles as follows:

1. Cost of Iron :
- Current price: Rs. 84-86 per Kilogram for Himal Steel and Panchakanya Steel; Rs. 70-75 per Kilogram for Jagadamba Steel, Laxmi Steel and others
- Last year price: Rs. 80 per Kilogram

2. Per sack of cement (50 kg):  
- Current price:Rs. 850 for OPC Cement; Rs. 780 for PPC Cement; RS. 1000 for Hetauda Cement
- Last year price: Rs. 850 to Rs. 950

3. Truck of Sand:
- Current price: Rs. 27,000-28,000 per Tipper
- Last year price: Rs. 35,000 per Tipper

4. Price of Bricks:
- Current price: Rs. 15 per piece
- Last year price: Rs. 20 per piece

5. Truck of Pebbles:
- Current price: Rs. 30,000 per Tipper
