United Builders and Engineers (P) Ltd.

United Builders and Engineers Pvt. Ltd was incorporated as an Engineering Construction company in the year 2038 B.S. (1981). The main aim of the company is to carry out Civil Engineering and allied construction activities within the country and has been undertaking civil works valued up to 800 million rupees as a single contract. In its successful journey of 25yrs it has launched United World Trade Center (UWTC) in its silver jubilee. UWTC, the largest multiplex of Nepal constructed so far.

We  have launched and also are planning for the expansion of our construction business in different construction fields through our sister organizations.

1.   United World Trade Centre
United World Trade Centre, the largest complex so far in Nepal, located at the heart of capital city possesses all the necessities of a trade/commercial centre where all business solutions can be obtained under a single roof.

2.   United Modi Hydropower Limited
We have launched Lower Modi-I Hydropower Project (10 MW) in Parbhat District so that we can tribute in our nation building project to mitigate the load shedding  problems.
 
3. United Basti Bikas Co. Pvt. Ltd. and United House of Enterpreneurs
Recently, we have launched two Apartment Housing Projects; United Avenue at Sanepa and United Society at Sanobharyang, Kathmandu.

We are also planning to introduce chains of housing projects in different phases in different categories as single bunglows, duplex and apartment systems as well as group dwelling for the senior citizens in coming days to fulfill the ever growing necessities of the urban development and its dwellers.

3.   United Mewa Khola Hydropower Ltd.
We had already received survey license for electricity generation from Ministry of Energy and are in process for PPA and are also planning for other micro hydropower project in near future so that we can tribute in our nation building project to mitigate the load shedding  problems.
