In case of apartments :
1. Planning permit from concerned Town Development Committee
2. Approval from IEE or EIA or Ministry of 3 Environment
3. Approval from concerned division office
4. Approval from the local authority (VDC / Municipality)

In case of Standalones :
1. Planning permit from concerned Town Development Committee
2. Approval from IEE or EIA as per prevailing conditions
3. Approval from the local authority (VDC / Municipality)
