Booking opens at Greenhill City Imadol

Greenhill City opened bookings for its newly launched Greenhill City Imadol standalone housing project at Imadol. Located 2.2 kilometres away from Gwarko Chowk, the project is planned for 95 houses spread over 45 ropanis of land. The built up area of contemporary residences start from 1900 sq ft to 3000 sq ft. Available in five different models, two and a half storey buildings priced from Rs 15.5 million to Rs 40 million depending on size.

“The response from customers is overwhelming and we have already received 30 bookings,” said Saurav Timilsina, Marketing Head at Greenhill City. Citing that the location is the major unique selling proposition of the project, he said, “Four lane road access from Tinkune, peaceful environment and ideal for community
living makes the project unique from others.”

“The price of the houses is reasonable in comparison to the quality products we tend to provide,” said Timalsina. He further added, “We have followed government’s every guiding norms from soil test to structure analysis and green open space to six metre width road in the community.” According to him, the construction of the houses will be completed within 18 months of the contract while they plan to handover the project within three years.

Greenhill City ImadolEach house will consist of altogether five bedrooms that include two master bedrooms with attached bathroom. Moreover, there will be a living room, kitchen and dining area, a puja space and a laundry space with two common toilets. Landscaping garden and an individual parking space in each building will be an asset. The houses will be provided with modular kitchen and branded fitting and fixtures. “The flooring of the buildings will incorporate marble but we can customise it as per the requirement of customers,” he informed. In addition, customers will be provided with 200 litre solar water tank with solar panel, solar power backup and 1000 litre overhead tank.

There will be facilities of Jacuzzi, community centre, fitness centre, steam bath and swimming pool in the housing. Similarly, there will be round the clock security system with CCTV surveillance, underground cabling and intercom facility.

As an easy payment scheme, the company offers five installments payment options — 30 per cent down payment on booking, 20 per cent each on DPC, after ground source and completion of structure, five per cent on paint and five per cent on handover. The company has announced eight per cent discount on upon gross payment.
