    Ductile detailing of reinforced concrete structure subjected to seismic force is applied during designing and detailing so as to give the structure adequate toughness and ductility to resist severe earthquake shocks without collapse.

    The foundation of the building is Piled Raft Foundation below 3m from ground level which will help to avoid differential settlement and as the building is of single basements, there is less effect in foundation on the motion of structure (Soil Structure Interaction).
